What materials do you use for your furniture?
We specialize in solid hardwood furniture, primarily using North American black walnut, white oak, cherry, and maple. We never use veneers or particle board.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since our pieces are handcrafted to order, our standard lead time is typically 8 to 12 weeks. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery?
Yes, we offer premium White Glove Delivery which includes bringing the furniture into your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Can I request a custom size or finish?
We do offer customization on many of our signature pieces. Please contact our design team with your specific dimensions or requirements for a custom quote.
How do I care for my solid wood furniture?
We recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals. Since we use a durable clear coat, you do not need to oil or wax your furniture regularly.
What is your return policy?
Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind our craftsmanship and will work to resolve any issues regarding shipping damage or manufacturing defects.
