At Hedge House Furniture, we take pride in our heirloom-quality craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for standard collection items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide your order details.

• 2.
  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original shipping materials to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our workshop.

• 3.
  Schedule Transportation

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our white-glove delivery partners to schedule a convenient time for furniture collection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our craftsmen inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
